Corporate Law – Establishment and registration of commercial companies (LLC, OOD, AD, etc.), entry of changes in the Commercial Register (conversion, transfer of shares, change of managers), drafting of statutes, general terms and conditions, shareholder agreements. We advise management bodies and partners on issues of the internal organization and management of the company.

Commercial transactions and contracts – We draft, analyze and negotiate transactions related to trade, services, supplies, international trade (Incoterms), licenses, franchising, factoring and leasing. We provide assistance in the event of non-performance, termination and prosecution of contracts.

Bankruptcy and Liquidation – We advise on opening bankruptcy proceedings, preparing recovery plans, creditor protection, asset sales and liability of managers and partners. We also offer assistance in voluntary liquidation of companies.

Competition Law – We provide legal protection in cases of unfair competition, misleading advertising, abuse of market position and violations of the Competition Protection Act. We prepare notifications to the Competition Commission and protect interests in mergers and acquisitions control.
